FAQ

Your Lucca integration questions answered

It syncs employee data from Lucca into Scribe Smartfields, so every teammate's signature is auto-filled with up-to-date profile information such as name, job title and phone number.

No. Once Lucca is connected, Scribe fills the Smartfields automatically; nothing is asked of your teammates.

Scribe re-syncs connected data sources once a day, based on your time zone, and you can refresh manually at any time. Updated data flows into the affected signatures automatically; automated fields are edited at the source, not in Scribe.

About 5 minutes. Follow the installation guide above: most steps happen in Lucca, the rest in Scribe.

Scribe only uses the employee data needed to fill signatures and is SOC 2 Type II certified.

Yes. Connect the Scribe MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another AI assistant and it can walk you through this guide, create and assign signatures, and check that the installation went through. Authorising Lucca itself (admin consent, OAuth or an API key) has to be done by you, in your browser: an AI agent cannot grant that access on your behalf. See scribe-mail.com/ai-agents.
