How it works
Centralised one-click installation. No teammate action needed.
Users see signatures when composing emails

Requirements
You must be a Super Admin or Admin in Zoho Mail to install this integration.
Security & Privacy
Cloud-based installation. Emails don't go through Scribe servers
Zoho has no permission for signatures alone. Scribe asks to manage your user accounts and only adds, updates and removes their signatures.
SOC 2 Type II Certified. Your data is safe.
Installation guide
Follow the steps below to connect Zoho Mail to Scribe.
Connect Zoho Mail integration
Sign in to your Zoho account
If you are already logged in, this step will be skipped.
Authorise the scopes
Zoho has no permission for signatures alone, so it asks you to let Scribe manage your organisation's user accounts. Scribe only adds, updates and removes your teammates' signatures. You can find the scopes we use from the Zoho Mail API here. Once you authorise, the integration connects automatically.
Install team signatures
From your signatures list, install all signatures at once for your teammates or install them one by one for a phased rollout.

FAQ
Your Zoho Mail integration questions answered
No. Scribe installs signatures centrally for every Zoho Mail user you assign, and teammates see their signature when composing emails.
The Zoho Mail integration installs signatures for Web. Emails sent from Apple Mail, Outlook or another app connected to Zoho Mail over IMAP or SMTP don't carry it: use the manual installation for those apps.
No. The Zoho Mail integration is cloud-based: the signature lives in each user's Zoho Mail account and your emails stay within your email provider. Scribe is SOC 2 Type II certified.
Publish the change in Scribe and it is pushed to every assigned Zoho Mail user automatically; there is nothing to reinstall. Smartfields keep names, job titles and phone numbers up to date.
About 5 minutes. Follow the installation guide above: most steps happen in Zoho Mail, the rest in Scribe.
Yes. Connect the Scribe MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another AI assistant and it can walk you through this guide, create and assign signatures, and check that the installation went through. Authorising Zoho Mail itself (admin consent, OAuth or an API key) has to be done by you, in your browser: an AI agent cannot grant that access on your behalf. See scribe-mail.com/ai-agents.
