FAQ

No. Scribe installs signatures centrally for every Outreach user you assign, and teammates see their signature when composing emails.
The Outreach integration installs signatures for Web.
No. The Outreach integration is cloud-based: the signature lives in each user's Outreach account and your emails stay within your email provider. Scribe is SOC 2 Type II certified.
Publish the change in Scribe and it is pushed to every assigned Outreach user automatically; there is nothing to reinstall. Smartfields keep names, job titles and phone numbers up to date.
About 5 minutes. Follow the installation guide above: most steps happen in Outreach, the rest in Scribe.
Yes. Connect the Scribe MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another AI assistant and it can walk you through this guide, create and assign signatures, and check that the installation went through. Authorising Outreach itself (admin consent, OAuth or an API key) has to be done by you, in your browser: an AI agent cannot grant that access on your behalf. See scribe-mail.com/ai-agents.
